Laziness

LAZINESS



In Gujarati there is one very old saying " આળસ એ  જીવતા   માણસ  ની  કબર  છે  " it means "Laziness is the death bed of living person." And its true also. Laziness is a kind of distraction towards your work. Being lazy you lose your esteem, you lose you focus, laziness attracts negative forces, it repels your creativity, laziness makes you unhealthy, unfit...

Than how to get ride from this ?? I have few ideas which I have tried on myself and it worked I would like to share with you.

1. Wake up early.
2. Go for morning walk.
3. do some exercise.
4. Have healthy breakfast.
5. Meet positive people.
6. Make to do list.
7.Make not to do list.
8. Stay away from being social.
9. Have refreshment time .
10. Have some self talking.
11. find your productive time.
12. Do that work first which you don't like.
13. Have positive attitude towards every situations.

2 things are very important i.e. making to do list and things not to do, every successful persons have this 2 things common they do planned work and they have great time management skills. Hope my ideas helps you.
